Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) Statement

Ernora Pay is committed to maintaining high standards of compliance with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws and regulations in Canada, as well as relevant international compliance requirements.

As a registered Money Services Business (MSB), Ernora Pay complies with its obligations under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA) and related regulatory requirements, including reporting and record-keeping duties applicable in Canada.

Our AML/CTF Framework Includes

  • a structured, risk-based AML/CTF compliance program;
  • ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) and customer due diligence procedures;
  • transaction monitoring and screening against applicable sanctions and watchlists, including OSFI, UN, and OFAC lists where relevant;
  • regular internal training for staff on identifying, escalating, and reporting suspicious activity;
  • timely submission of required regulatory reports, including Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), Large Cash Transaction Reports (LCTRs), and Electronic Funds Transfer Reports (EFTRs), where applicable.

Ernora Pay does not permit the use of its services for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activity. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate services where we believe there may be a breach of applicable AML/CTF laws, sanctions requirements, or internal compliance policies.
